Westchester Putnam Suicide Prevention Coalition

The Westchester-Putnam Suicide Prevention Coalition (WestPut SPC) is comprised of individuals and representatives of community agencies and local government offices dedicated to reducing suicide in our communities through educational activities.

A voluntary free will offering is taken up at each meeting with a suggested donation of $10. No one is turned away for inability to donate.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is the leading national not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mental disorders and those impacted by suicide.


Veterans Crisis Line

The caring professionals at the Veterans Crisis Line are specially trained and experienced in helping Veterans of all ages and circumstances. Many of the responders are Veterans themselves and understand what Veterans and their families and friends have been through and the challenges Veterans of all ages and service eras face.
