Family to Family Class

The NAMI Family-To-Family education program is a FREE 12-week course for families of persons with mental illness.
Our curriculum focuses on major psychiatric illnesses (schizophrenia, schizo-affective disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and major depression), emphasizing the clinical treatment of these illnesses and providing knowledge and skills that families need when faced with the difficulties of mental illness.
Classes are taught by trained NAMI family member volunteers who  know what it's like to have a loved one struggling with mental illness.
More than 115,000 family members have graduated from this national program.
