Building Workforce Capacity

The availability of well-qualified providers is essential in ensuring that children and youth living with mental health conditions have access to timely and effective services and supports. The national shortage of mental health professionals places a significant burden on children and families. Effective models to build workforce capacity exist and should be replicated in more communities.
