Family Members and Caregivers
1 in 4 families are affected by mental illness. Family support groups and classes provide a safe and confidential space of families helping families through their learned wisdom and experiences. NAMI family classes and support groups are led by teachers and facilitators who are also family members and know what it is like to have a loved one living with mental illness.
NAMI offers many opportunities to educate and involve the Baltimore community in the conversation on mental illness. Join the conversation and help to raise greater awareness of mental illness.
