Please refer to the FAQ below if you have any questions about your online purchase or NAMI store policies. If you do not find the answer to your question below, please contact us.
How do I receive my member discount?
If you are a NAMI member, log into the NAMI Web site and you will automatically receive your 10% discount on all purchases. If you are not a member and have not registered with our site, please complete our free registration and you will be directed to your local NAMI to submit a member application.

What are the minimum order quantities for brochures or other items?
There is a 50 brochure minimum order. Single copies of brochures are available, free of charge, by calling the NAMI Information and Service Center, 1-800-950-NAMI.

How long will it take to receive the items I purchased?
Please allow three to five weeks delivery for all orders.

What if NAMI runs out of the items I purchased?
If we cannot ship your complete order, we will ship all available items and back order any balance. Shipments will be made as soon as the back-ordered items are available.

How can I save on shipping and handling?
Save on shipping and handling charges by placing group orders with orders from other members of your affiliate.

What is the return policy?
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the NAMI Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original product packaging, including shrink-wrapping, if applicable. NAMI Store will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of NAMI Store error. Contact us at 1-888-780-4167, and we will guide you through the return process and supply you with a return mailing label.

You will receive your refund in the same payment method you used to make your purchase within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for NAMI Store to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the accounting department to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your pending refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

No refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Any item that has signs of use or damage
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its shrink-wrap. (Exception: a replacement will be issued for opened items that are defective.)
